Submissions Formatting

Please, submit your essay in a 5.5″ by 8.5″ paper in “Landscape” orientation (on a PC click on “File” tab, then “Page Setup”, then “Paper Size” – and select paper size Width 5.5″, Height 8.5”, Orientation “Landscape”)

Alternatively, you can submit your essay printed on the right side of a regular 11″ by 8.5″ paper in landscape (the right side would measure 5.5″ by 8.5″ and the printer would leave the left half blank).

In either case, please, use margins listed below.

Top, left & right margins: 0.35″; Bottom margin: 0.5″. Font: Times New Roman scaleable 11 pt. Line spacing: single

Start with the title in capital bold 14 pt, followed on the next line by the author(s)’ name(s) in Non-Capital Bold 11 pt, followed by the address and e-mail non-bold 11 pt. Do NOT insert page numbers – we will do it for you.

Illustrations need to appear inside your essay in places convenient for the reader and will be reproduced with no reductions, usually in b&w. Use 11 pt fonts for any letters and text that is a part of illustrations.
